He brings more than 25 years of experience starting, growing, and leading companies. Micheal shares his extensive background in leadership, operations management, telecommunication engineering, and network design engineering in addition to his corporate experience.

Dr. Brynn Dombroski, Ph.D., M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is a powerhouse in the realms of leadership and behavioral science. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach, Trainer, and certified DISC consultant, she combines her extensive expertise as a Neuroscientist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst to empower individuals and teams to achieve dynamic success.

Dr. Brynn offers a comprehensive suite of services, including virtual and in-person one-on-one coaching, masterminds, group training, and keynote speaking. Her focus areas include DISC, leadership, communication, and both personal and professional growth. She is also a sought-after speaker on developmental disabilities, challenging behaviors, and neuroplasticity.
